Functional Breathing
Using the simple, scientifically proven breathing techniques by the Oxygen Advantage method, Rebecca will help you take your health, fitness and performance to the next level.
Rebecca is a certified Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork coach. Her work is focused on spreading education and awareness to help individuals restore functional breathing for optimal health and performance. This includes post Covid care, snoring and poor sleep, managing anxiety & stress, as well as improving functional movement and sports performance + many other symptoms than stem from how we breathe.
The Oxygen Advantage consists of two pillars of breathing - functional breathing pattern training, designed to improve day-to-day breathing, and simulation of high altitude training to improve sports performance.
