We provide deep tissue massage for recovery, pain relief and injury prevention. Massage is a key part of our treatment, used as a tool for kick starting muscles into feeling healthier & functioning better.

Our focused Therapy sessions entail an in-depth consultation and functional movement assessment to build a map of your body and identify where movement improvements can be made in order to reduce any dysfunction and pain and improve overall movement.

We will prescribe rehab exercises and educate you in how to help maintain and take control of your own mobility and muscle function, helping you feel empowered.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a targeted deep tissue release session built around your needs, designed to get you moving and feeling your best. You are in control, you chose the set time, you chose the area you want to be worked on, or you tell your therapist what the issue is and they will guide the session in the best way to help you.

Sports Therapy

Starts with an in depth consultation based on your reason for the visit. We will discuss and delve deep into body screens and assessments to find the route cause of your problem. This is a global look at your functional movement in order to find and then treat the issue. We will give you the exercises necessary to overcome the problem and get you functioning at your best.

Injury Prevention

Injury prevention is how you are looking after your body aside from training and fitness. Not only is it ensuring you are keeping up with your mobility, Strength & Conditioning and recovery plans, but also how well you sleep, eat and maintain downtime which can hugely impact your susceptibility to injury. At STRIVE, we educate our clients in just how to maintain that balance in life, in order to steer clear of injury.

Pain Relief

Sometimes pain can be due to changes in the soft tissue in the body. Muscles getting stuck, forming trigger points and creating, pain, faulty movement and reduced function. Manual releases can help get those tissues moving again, free up those nasty trigger points, bring back better movement patterns and can have a massive impact in reducing pain levels, almost immediately.

Functional Movement Assessment

Assessing movement of the body to identify weaknesses in strength or mobility which may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. Once identified, we can then help you to improve and become freer in your body to lead the lifestyle you want.

Sports Recovery

Helping muscles recovery from hard training through Sports Massage. A quicker recovery results in less soreness, better movement, greater gains and faster results with your training.

Run Gait Analysis

This process is an overall running screen, looking at how you are running, identifying inefficiencies and building drills and programs to make you a more efficient and less injury prone runner.

Deep tissue massage on a chosen area of the body: Legs, upper body, back, neck & shoulder or targeted towards a specific injury.

45 min session | £51

A more comprehensive treatment for a larger area, can include 2 focus areas.

60 min session | £62

Full body deep tissue massage / a greater focus on several smaller areas that may need attention.

75 min session | £75

Full body deep tissue massage / a greater focus on several larger areas that may need attention.
