COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

Please be at ease, as a healthcare practice, we are taking every precaution to help prevent the spread of COVID 19.

Before your appointment, you will receive your patient forms to fill out online via the links in your confirmation email. You will be instructed to have these filled out before the session in order to save time on the day and to reduce time within the clinic communal areas.

COVID -19 Procedure:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment

  • Your therapist will greet you in the car park

  • If you are early please wait in the car

  • Please wear your mask at all times

  • Your temperature will be taken & you'll be required to sanitize on the way in

  • If your temperature is above 37.5 degrees celsius, we will kindly ask you to wait in the car. We will check this again after 5 minutes, if the results are the same, unfortunately we will have to turn you away.

Please note: During your session, your therapist will be wearing PPE (this may include gloves). After every patient, we are washing our hands thoroughly, mopping the floor, sanitizing all surfaces, cleaning all equipment used and changing all the paper towels used ready for the next patient.


If you have recently traveled overseas and are experiencing any symptoms, please ensure to cancel your appointment and rearrange for another time once the symptoms have gone.
